KPA FAQ
When I try to order I get an email from ShareIt that my order has to be checked within the next 24 hours?
ShareIt has a "Risk Management System" and for whatever reason does your order not pass the automatic checks.

The order has to be checked by a real person.
Normally you'll get an answer within the next few hours - either your order will pass - or ShareIt will ask you to use another payment method.

Were are the profiles and the password?
The download link and the password will be shown right after the order = last step after your payment.

In addition will the download link and your personal password be send via email.
Please check your inbox and spam folder for emails from ShareIt (our ordering provider).

Note:
All our current profiles don't need any passwords for decompression. Just unzip and use.
Wenn I try to open the download link I get an error message (decompression failed)
Some operating systems will OPEN the file after the download and that fails because the file is encrypted and needs a password to be decrypted

Please SAVE the file first into an easily accessible folder on your computer e.g. the desktop.
(use a RIGHT mouse click - then select 'SAVE' not 'OPEN')
The second step is then to unzip the downloaded file.

Note:
All our current profiles don't need any passwords for decompression. Just unzip and use.
Can't unzip the profiles
All our current profiles don't need any passwords for decompression. Just unzip and use.

If you have purchased the profiles before Mai 2014 then do like this:

Please unzip these files (e.g. on your desktop) before storing them to the USB drive.
After the zip archive is unpacked - store all profiles to your USB drive - please read the included readme file.

Current operating systems have the tool to unzip password protected files inbuilt.

If you use an older MAC version please download any free unzip tool.

e.g. this one:
http://www.zipeg.com
If you don't like third party applications to open these files please use the unzip command from the terminal.
You can use the option “-P password” where you replace the word password with the actual password.
An example command might look like this:

unzip -P strong password ~/Desktop/KPAFullBundle01-10.zip
